The Energy & Utility Skills Provider Approval service is a mechanism for ensuring learning and assessment providers such as Quinns, meet the required quality standard for the Energy and Utility Skills Sector. The Provider Approval process is designed to ensure all training providers within the sector have met a threshold level of good quality as a provider of training, offering the necessary reassurances to employers that this brings.
As an approved providor we are able to get bespoke training programmes and skills based training programmes approved or endorsed by EUSR allowing these skills to be shown on your EUSR cards and appear on the register.

Quinn’s Training Services Ltd employ approved trainers with the Energy and Utility Skills Register, EUSR help employers to develop industry recognised schemes of learning and register individuals' skills and competencies on their register.
As the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for the electricity, gas, waste management and water industries, Energy and Utility Skills (EU Skills) operates an independent skills register which provides recognised standards of onsite safety for the utilities sector which is affiliated to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
Quinn’s is an Approved Training Centre with the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).
HABC is the fastest growing Awarding Body in the UK. It is recognised by Ofqual, DCELLS, CCEA and SQA to award accredited Health and Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety and Teaching qualifications in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
The approved training centre has dedicated tutors that can deliver accredited and certificated courses which are specified by the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
